We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. Are your trash bags leak-proof?

Yes. Our bags are made with thick, multi-layered plastic designed to resist leaks and tears, even with heavy or wet waste.

We offer a full range of popular sizes:

8. Are the bags easy to tie and carry?

Yes. Most bags feature reinforced drawstrings or easy-tie flaps for quick, secure closure and convenient carrying.

9. Are your trash bags eco-friendly?

We offer a selection of eco-friendly and biodegradable trash bags. Look for the “Eco” label on specific product pages.

10. How many bags are in each pack?

Pack quantities vary (commonly 50, 100, 150, or 200 bags per roll/box). Exact quantity is clearly listed on every product page.

11. Are the bags suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our heavy-duty bags are designed to handle outdoor trash, yard waste, and construction debris.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
